Parking
There are not many parking lots between Wada and Chikura. In some places, you need to pay 500yen for parking. At Heisaura they charge 1000yen.
Caution
There has been a number of car break-ins at Maruki.
Local info
Water is warmer, cleaner than Chibakita area. Maruki is one of the most excellent left breaks in Chiba. Seaside is easy breaks and suited for beginners when it's small. Wada, Chitose, Chikura can get very good depending on the set up of banks. As Heisaura is most far from Tokyo, this place is less crowded than any other area in Chibaminami. It's a pretty mellow place.

Between 10 and 20 minutes walk from Awakamogawa, Wadaura, Chitose, Chikura st to beach.
